Debbie
Tibbey has been a Primary School teacher for over 20 years, teaching in
places
as diverse as Liverpool, Swaziland and Dorset. She has served on her
local SACRE since 2000 and been a member of the NASACRE Executive
Committee for almost four years. Debbie became a Baha'i when she was 18

Ineke
Gijsbers has been involved in charity administration and community
development for many years. She is currently coordinating the Women's
Major Group activities at the UN's Commission on Sustainable
development on behalf of the Baha'i International Community. She has

Lindsay
Thorne has taught for a number of decades ranging from primary to adult
education and specialising for the last 11 years in BESD
(Behavioural, Emotional, Social and Disturbed) Education. She has also
been closely
involved in Baha'i education for many years running
classes, teacher training and summer school courses. She presently team
teaches two children's classes and a junior youth course. She is
currently working on lesson units for the Birmingham Syllabus and is

Apart
from three years exporting tyre making machinery, Rocky Grove has
worked in education all his adult life. He retired from teaching in a
primary school in 2009 and now works part time as an Associate Lecturer
for the Open University. He has been a Baha'i since 1969 and has served
on a variety of local and national bodies. He was appointed to BREA in

Stephen Vickers has worked
in awarding bodies most of his life and is now Chief Executive of VTCT,
the Vocational Training Charitable Trust. He holds a PhD in
International Studies from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of
the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and of the Chartered Institute
of Educational Assessment. A member of the RE Council and of the
Association of RE Advisers, Inspectors and Consultants, he chairs the
Qualifications Group of UK NARIC (National Accreditation Recognition
Information Centre), serves as Vice President of UNA (UK)'s Southern
Region, and on the Executive Committee of the Federation of Awarding
Bodies. He has been a Baha'i since 1970 and was appointed to BREA in
